Kalen is one of the owners of Haven Beauty Co! She’s a hair artist and has been in the industry for 9 years. She specializes in color corrections and extensions, but loves all things hair and beauty! She opened Cotton Salon in 2016 with a passion and love for making people feel beautiful and safe,  and in 2018 ventured into the salon and spa industry and has loved every minute of it! From day one of her owning a business, she’s always kept giving back at the forefront. She’s passionate about helping others and making them feel loved and beautiful inside and out. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family. She has an awesome, supportive husband of 6 years, the cutest (and sassiest) 3 year old daughter named Navy, and a newborn son named Haze! Coffee and humor are the way to Kalen’s heart; she loves a good laugh! She has a very strong personality and loves to see other strong entrepreneurial women! Haven is her home away from home and she’s so grateful to be a part of the incredible Haven Family!

Annika is a hairstylist who has been in the industry since 2012. She specializes in blonding and extension services. She loves everything about doing hair— getting to make people feel their best, trying new things, interacting with so many amazing women and having a creative outlet.

Annika has been married to her best friend since 2015 and together they have the sweetest, most perfect baby Georgia. She loves being a Mom, shopping, organizing, decorating, and cooking/baking new things. She loves Christmas and starts listening to Christmas music before anyone else wants to, so if you are in the salon in October-November and hear Christmas music it means she is probably working.

The first time I ever got my hair done I walked out of the salon feeling confident, pretty and invincible. . That's the day I decided I wanted to do hair when I grew up! My goal is to make everyone love & feel good about themselves! 

I specialize in blondes and extensions, but I also LOVE a good color. Outside of work you can find me up in the mountains, on the lake or road tripping in my Volkswagen bus. I love learning new techniques and educating myself to get out of my comfort zone to better myself as a stylist! I absolutely love meeting new people and making new friends!

Jentri is a hairstylist here at Haven! She loves all thing blondes, especially balayage + lived in colors. She also loves all things extensions! She recently got married in August and spends her free time with her husband and family. Her favorite part about doing hair is getting to meet and connect with so many new people and help them feel confident. She is accepting new clients and is so happy to be apart of the haven family

Jenise is a hairstylist and lash artist at Haven Beauty Co! She loves doing baylages, highlights and extensions! Lightening hair is where her heart is but she loves everything she does in hair, even men’s haircuts! She loves doing classic and volume lashes. She has been in the hair and lash industry for 5 years. She loves all of her clients and loves meeting new clients! Outside the salon she loves wakebaording, slalom skiing, air chairing, surfing, road biking, snowboarding and doing triathlons! She loves doing all these sports with her husband. She loves being part of such great salon!

 Hi i’m star, i’ve been in the hair industry for 4 years with schooling. I love anything blonde and lived in colors, I’m certified in the connected method extensions. I love doing hair, all my clients and meeting new people! I’ve been married for 2 years and love spending any spare time with my husband going on adventures. I love lake powell, boating, wake surfing, rzr riding the beach and many more things! I love working at haven and am currently accepting new clients

Hey! I’m Alys! I’m obsessed with all things blonding!! I also love extensions! I’m certified in The Connected Method for beaded weft extensions. Here’s a few fun facts to get to know me! Summer is my favorite time of the year, you can usually find me on a lake somewhere boating whenever I can! I‘m a personality test junkie. I am a yellow personality, enneagram 7, and ESTP. There’s a good chance I’ll ask you about your personality type while you’re in my chair. My absolute favorite part about doing hair is helping everyone who sits in my chair feel their best! Not to mention all the friends I make a long the way! I always feel my most confident with fresh hair so being able to give that feeling to others is the best ever!

Kylee is a 20-year-old Utah native, obsessed with the beauty industry. She has been doing hair for 3 years, and joined the Haven family last February. She loves color, extensions, and just about any type of braid imaginable. Outside of the salon, she has a lash extension studio in her home, and is pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration. She’s a movie fanatic, dog mom, travel enthusiast. Her natural red hair goes hand-in-hand with her fiery, loud personality, and she is passionate about helping others feel confident with their hair. She loves meeting new people and welcomes any new clients that come her way!

Kate has been doing hair since 2007 and loves the beauty industry . She specializes in color services (specifically foils and balayage) and especially loves working on blonde hair. She loves makeup, music, books, baking, writing and all things artsy, creative and somewhat nerdy. When she’s not at the salon, she spends as much time as she can with her husband, their baby girl and their two dogs. In all her years doing hair, she has never enjoyed it as much as she has since working with the team at Haven and is thankful every day to be a part of such an amazing salon.

Mel is one of the owners of Haven & to say this has been a long time dream of hers would be an understatement. Mel has been in the Beauty & fashion industry for 15+ years & also has a bachelors degree in psychology. She loves being able to not only make others feel beautiful, but connect on a deeper level with her clients making them personal friends! She loves to do permanent cosmetics at Haven & is committed to her craft. Mel is as busy in her personal life as she is in her professional life. She’s lucky to have the handsomest hubby, who is also an entrepreneur. They love talking business together & supporting each other’s ventures. Together they are blending a family of 6 kids, including Mel’s 2 biological daughters who have always been her driving force & inspiration. She hopes to raise strong daughters who are confident enough to follow their own dreams. Mel loves to travel & experience new things. She is extremely close to her extended family as well & loves spending time with them. Mel has a silly side that few get to see, but when it comes out be prepared to laugh & maybe even break out in to a last minute dance party. Music & the gym are Mel’s therapy & escape. Mel loves everything that Haven embodies & can’t wait to watch it grow.

  Sydney is the Nail Technician Director and oversees the flow of the Nail Tech Team. She has been in the industry for 6 years after completing her nail licensing at just 17 years old, although she has practiced since she was a little girl. She loves doing and learning all different products and techniques and prides herself in furthering her education. She enjoys doing hand-painted art and helping her clients grow long, healthy nails. Sydney has been married to her highschool sweetheart for 4 years and together they have a sweet baby boy, Colton, and two BIG fur babies, Meg and Willow. Besides work, she loves camping with her family, and is the queen of Walmart shopping! She loves her job, and especially loves her clients!

Sydney has been a licensed nail technician for about two and a half years. She specializes in helping clients grow out their natural nail, as well as Gel X nail extensions and hand painted nail art. She is so passionate about the beauty industry and is fascinated by the always changing nail world. She is attending Utah Valley University and when she isn’t at school or doing nails, she is spending time with her husband Briggs! One of her favorite parts about her job is her clients. They are some of her best friends and she loves seeing them walk out the door with a smile on their face!

Kori has been doing nails for 6 years now, but has been a part of our Haven family since 2019! She lives in Sandy with her boyfriend and their 3 dogs. She specializes in gel and hand painted nail art, although cuticle work is her favorite part of every service! She loves doing nails because she gets to express herself in a creative way, all while making others feel beautiful. In her free time you can usually find her at home doing crafts, cooking, playing with her puppies, or watching movies!
