We’ve got you covered. For future hair stylists and nail techs who haven’t gotten licensed yet, our apprenticeship programs are the real deal. If you’re a licensed stylist who’s ready to learn, earn, and level up, our assisting program is where it begins. You’ll get paid (yes, paid) to work alongside seasoned stylists—watching, practicing, soaking it all in. It’s like beauty school, but cooler, more hands-on, and with actual money in your pocket.
Once you're ready, we hand you the reins and bring you behind the chair with your own clients. You’ll start as a commission stylist, but the magic is in our level system. As you build your book, grow your skills, and crush your goals, your prices go up—and so does your paycheck. No limits, just growth.
And when the time comes? You’ve got the option to go booth rent. Total freedom, full vibe, your clients—your way. We're here for it.
Nail Techs: Build Your Brand, Your Way
Nail artists, we see you—and we’ve built something a little different. Right out the gate, you’ll start on commission, but it’s not the usual deal. Our sliding scale model grows with you. As you bring in more clients and sharpen your artistry, your earnings increase. That means more money in your pocket without waiting forever to move up.
You’ll also have regular opportunities for price increases and the support to hit your next milestone without getting stuck. Once you’re ready to run the show your own way, booth rent is waiting—no pressure, just support.

Estheticians, lash artists, injectors, piercers, tattoo artists—this is your moment. We have private treatment rooms that are fully set up and ready for you to step in and do your thing. Whether you want a commission-based setup or prefer to rent and run your business solo, we’ll work with you to create the setup that fits your goals.

Teach and Lead
Maybe you're a few years in and starting to feel the pull to give back—teach the next wave of beauty pros, share your knowledge, and take on the role of mentor. We love that for you. We’ll help you transition into education with instructing programs that let you lead workshops, mentor newbies, or even launch your own classes right here in the salon.
